Pantry Staples

If you want to eat clean and on a budget chances are almost everything you get will be perishable. Below is a list of things that I always have in my pantry. These items will stay good for quite a while and they add a little extra to your meals.

  • Quinoa
  • Black beans
  • Peanut butter and or Almond butter (Make sure when getting these that you are getting 100% peanuts or almonds…you have to read the ingredients.)
  • Oils (Not all oils are the same):
    • Coconut oil
    • Olive oil
    • Avocado oil
    • Grapeseed Oil
  • Spices: This is a short list, but these are my essentials
    • Pink Himalayan salt
    • Garlic
    • Pepper
    • Cumin
    • Cayenne pepper
  • For Baking
    • Coconut flour
    • Almond flour
    • Coconut sugar
    • Vanilla extract
    • Baking soda
    • Baking powder
    • Cocoa and or chocolate chips J
    • Pumpkin is never a bad thing to have either
